Wasted money to remove ads
I recently downloaded this app, and it quickly became one of my favorite ones. I wish there were more of this type, where you sort items in boxes, instead of simply matching. However, today I paid $4.99 to have ads removed, since there are *way* too many of them…well, that money was completely wasted, because all of the ads are still there!! This is theft. The other thing is, when the second part of each match asks you to sort *dozens* of items in under *one minute’s time*, it becomes impossible, and therefore no longer relaxing. Lives are wasted, and it asks you to spend more money. I am done. This app is permanently deleted on my device. :(

Ads Still Playing
Match & Sort 3D is one of my favorite game apps to play, I play it a lot. I recently purchased the starter pack for $5.99 why is it still playing ads at every level. This issue is very frustrating. I contacted Apple support about this issue but they were unable to resolve my problem and suggested I contact the developer which is not easy because they only want to talk to people who are submitting their games. I just recently had an issue where the game would not advance to the next level, I updated my iPad, rebooted my iPad and rebooted it some more to no avail. Apple was unable to assist me finally I made the ultimate sacrifice and deleted the game and lost over 25,000+ coins, lost all my progress because I was up to level 1,900+ trying to get to level 2,000, I also paid to have the ads removed which at the time was working that’s why I’m confused why it’s not working now. Please help me with this issue or refund my money and I will delete the app and no longer play this game or let me know if it cannot be fixed.

Could be a fun game. Ads were initially after completing the sets in each level. After a couple of levels, they now are between each set. So you play for 15 seconds then have to watch a 30 second ad. Nope.
Problem with ad removal.
Do not purchase anything on this game. I downloaded game on 4th February 2023. Played the game for a few rounds, found the game interesting and wanting to play more, so I purchased the starter package at $9.99. Did not remove the ads or give me the bonus items. Also it seemed to crash once I purchased the package. After 4 attempts to play the game which crashed and shutdown, I deleted the game and reinstalled, using my Apple ID. I started to play game again and found I was back at level 1 again and then the starter package came back up so I purchased again thinking it would say you have already purchased this and download it again but it charged me the $9.99 again. And again the ads never went away and I did not get all the items in the package. Now the game sits on my iPad not being used as ads are still there and come up every new level and none of the extra items there too. I contacted apple and after 2 reviews and they refunded only 1 purchased. I have the game as proof I did not get any of the items in the 2 purchases. So disappointed with apple.

FUN GAME REDUNDANT ADS
This game is really enjoyable…however it has very redundant ads…at. Least show different ads or whatever….and of course they want u to pay to remove them which I think is BS…I’ve purchased enough in game items I shouldn’t have to watch ads just based on that alone…besides that its a pretty fun app…

Too easy
Too easy and adds are annoying
Love BUT…..
I enjoy this type of game but really wish I could purchase an ad free version. The frequent interruptions are annoying.
Items are appearing tiny and won’t move.
There are too many adds on this game. I love the game but I am spending more time having to watch the adds, please reduce the amount of add time so we can enjoy the game.

How to start?
It’s obvious! Get 3 tigers in the box. But the hand keeps pointing and it won’t let me put the tigers in. Can’t even start playing.
Just Ads!!! Offer a removal method!
They say they put so much love into this game, but don’t offer any way to play it without wading through ads every minute. Such a shame. It’s really fun and brightly colored and well made, but nope, can’t handle all the ads. I totally would have paid for it though.
Bug Fixes Timer
Ok I love this game but two little things I do not like that your timed to try and pass levels and over time the sound goes on and off it will be there then disappear the timer needs to be taken off because it’s not fair when your slowed down while looking for items and you have to restart that is no fun and very dumb if these can be fixed I’d appreciate it if not they need to be fixed.

All my progress reset
Too many ads and after playing, getting up to level 15 and earning gold the game suddenly closed and when I reopened it, all my progress reset. I am deleting the game. Thanks for nothing

The game is fun, but it freezes and your time continues to run out! Very frustrating!
