Won’t load anymore

I’ve had this app for a little while and everything was fine at first. Now when I click on the app to play, it doesn’t go past the loading screen. I’ve tried sending a email regarding the issue but no response. I don’t want to lose my progress by deleting the app and hopefully I regain it by redownloading it. I might end up taking it off all together!

If I could give this app zero stars I would. Until about a month ago, I was playing this app and loving it. Then one day I went to go play and nothing. I could and still cannot get past the games loading screen. I just sit and watch the "Loading....". I have tried to reinstall several times but it does not help. I have even contacted support and have never heard anything back from them.
