Won’t load anymore
I’ve had this app for a little while and everything was fine at first. Now when I click on the app to play, it doesn’t go past the loading screen. I’ve tried sending a email regarding the issue but no response. I don’t want to lose my progress by deleting the app and hopefully I regain it by redownloading it. I might end up taking it off all together!

If I could give this app zero stars I would. Until about a month ago, I was playing this app and loving it. Then one day I went to go play and nothing. I could and still cannot get past the games loading screen. I just sit and watch the "Loading....". I have tried to reinstall several times but it does not help. I have even contacted support and have never heard anything back from them.

What is wrong with this game? It won’t load. Not been able to play for over 1 week now. I had a great team and loads of boosters. Please fix this game, it’s my favourite game which I play. I’ve sent loads of messages on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and sent emails to developer website. No response received. People have spent money on this game! Now they can’t play it. Not fair really is it.

Fix the freezing and it’s 5 stars
This game is fabulous. The graphics are great, the play is amazing… The only problem is that it glitches all the time… at first sometimes won’t load. It says that you’re not connected to the Internet when you are.

Not loading 🥲
I love this game so much and have collected lots of boosters perks etc but for the last 2 days it has not been loading, it just says loading but doesn’t load, I have deleted the game and downloaded again but still it’s the same Please fix this. I hope I have not lost all my progress in the game as I had some great boosters and lots of them Please Fix It The Game Is Just Stuck On Loading It Deserves 5 Stars But Now Not Loading Only 4 Stars Will Rate 5 Stars Once The Issue Is Resolved It just says reconnecting 🥲

this has been my favorite game for months then this morning I opened it, and it is stuck on loading and loading and loading I have a great Wi-Fi Internet and data. None of my other games are doing this. i don’t want to delete it and try to reinstall for loosing my progress 😔

Game freezes too much
I’ve sent in a request to support and it still hasn’t been answered. I’ve finished the first page of trophy’s now all the sudden everything’s freezing and kicking me off not letting me “level up”. I have a lot of “hero cards” and can’t exceed in the game. Until this is fixed I wouldn’t download because you can’t even deleted your account to reset. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled still doesn’t fix the issues.
