It freeze on my ipad and my iphone I have paid to remove the ads and that is ok but i need to reinstall the game at all time and start at the beginning , do you provide update ?

Broken
This has been my favorite game for years, but a few days ago, it stopped working. When I finish a level, it freezes. Closing and reopening doesn’t help. I was at about level 4227.

Guess you’re not gonna fix your game so I’m out.
Frozen
The game is froze since the last update yesterday. No one can play at all. Scores are all the same last 24 hours. Can you fix this please. Did message on your support on the game like many others have but no reply. Maybe cause it’s frozen. Level freezes at the end of it everytime for everyone. Thanks

Great game
Need help with glitch to purchase ad-free option
I would legitimately give this game 5 stars if I could purchase the remove ads option. Every option to purchase it does nothing when I click the buy button and I even get a “NEED INTERNET CONNECTION” when I click from the home page of the game. I purchased the starter pack, I think it’s called, so I know that purchases aren’t the issue. It seems like all options for me to remove ads are dead links in the game. I couldn’t find anything about this in FAQs and couldn’t figure out how to contact customer support. It sort of put me into a loop of nothingness no matter what I tried. I’d love to update this review to 5 stars because it’s a great game and I don’t buy in-app purchases for games very often. Thanks for your time.

“Code works” they said. That’s why when I entered the code, it said ERROR! They could have given me all the coins I lost out on! The mini game in question was suddenly gone from the app after I complained and posted this review. They give you mini games in order to earn more coins, but those games DO NOT GIVE YOU THE COINS THAT WAS PROMISED! I sent a message to their helpdesk, an hour later “it’s all fixed and here’s a code as an apology” THE CODE DIDN’T WORK! IT SAID ERROR! And I noticed NO REWARD! I continued to get ads, have bad game play and no rewards! FIX YOUR GAME! A game shouldn’t be published for people to download if it’s not been tested and still have glitches!
