Not for Ordering with Rewards
The App will not allow you to check out when you want to redeem an award that you have earned. Very frustrating.
Ok App But Buggy
I have used this app to order delivery just fine. This issue comes when I try to use any of my rewards I will get errors and it won’t let me check out.

Abandoned in Charlottesville
The app might be OK for users in NoVA area, but after at least 3 years and multiple complaints the app still remains utterly oblivious to the existence of the store in Charlottesville, insisting that the nearest location is over 70 miles away. For those who know the store IS there, ordering take-out through the app is impossible, which burdens the staff with additional time answering phones (if call-in orders can even get through), increasing the number of in-person guests, contributing to overcrowding in the in-person experience that further stresses the staff. The developer deserves to have a class-action lawsuit filed against them by the local employees.
The tiny size that the Loyalty (virtual) card number is displayed with adds insult to injury.
There may be more subtle design defects, but the developer has taken the Sirius Cybernetics approach and camouflaged them all behind a massively blatant design defect.

Great restaurant & great loyalty program
I love Matchbox. The chicken pesto pizza is my favorite. Now I get rewarded for dining at one of my favorite hot spots!
