Math Joy
Great app for little kids!
Reading required
Not a bad app, but the questions are written, not spoken. So therefore for the earlier levels, either an adult has then present to read the questions (eg "How many animals do you see?") or the child needs to be able to read (and a child that can read will have much higher maths skills than this).
A child could read the number sentences (equations), but as a learning tool, the app really should have the number sentences spoken, to assist their maths comprehension.

Great app if you are sitting with your child.
Why in the world would you not verbally request what shape the child should be looking for? Instead it writes "Mark all of the circles" and the screen has several different shapes. A child young enough to be differentiating shapes can not read your request. Then out of ignorance, the child marks every shape on the screen, and the app reinforces the child's behavior by applauding. What moron created this mess?
