Good concept but price per month is pricey and not disclosed
You should disclose that it’s paid app from the beginning.The idea of having a special keyboard and notebooks to store math information in plus an ai assistant is great but the price per month is expensive compared to regular paper notes and ChatGPT for most people, which is actually more convenient.

Could not enter the notebook
Your AI “free” trial pop-up wouldn’t stop popping up and since it can’t be closed the app gets soft-locked and is unable to be used. If I can’t access the app without paying, why not make it cost money in the App Store? Please, don’t get this app.

The secret is, to render LaTex equations, one has to sign up for additional subscriptions to a document editor, typically $21/ month, on top of $3.99 for Math Notes. These features used to reside in Numbers, Pages, and KeyNotes, but the necessary commands to use them have been dumbed down in recent ioS 36.3.
I have perfectly good programmable calculator apps to do basic arithmetic.
