Blocked access to previous features

Purchased April 17, 2022 according to my records.
Prior to in-app purchases added.
So why when I open this app does it say “No AI assistant” or something to that effect, and then block my access entirely to the whole app, when I press the restore button?

?

I can’t get this app off my iPad. It always returns to signing up without testing. Don’t get this unless you know it and want it permanently. Sure you can cancel but a corrupt outfit has your data

great but...

actually, I sent you a request about this. I have a long document and all of a sudden punctuation is going into the it gets very strange. The only solution is to download it and put it in word and correct it I asked about two weeks ago for a response. ???

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! It is a total rip off!!!!!

I bought this program more than a year ago. It was ok, but NOW they are trying to force you to pay a monthly fee for their “AI” feature. You cannot access your existing documents or make any new documents, unless you buy the AI feature! TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!!
