Safely and security

When I allow my son to use an application to learn there should be no other application connected to that application it should be only that application he should not be able to click on another application and it take him to a website where he can create another email and connect it especially with restrictions set, this application screwed my phone completely up and I had to factory reset it and now, emails to my account saying I posted comments on a website I never posted and I have no permission to even read my own supposed comments and I’m not the admin? WTH? And what the h is this http stuff for privacy policy are you freaking kidding me no wonder I am having phishing emails and problems with my phone AGAIN!!!!

Our app should not connect to other websites, everything is managed within the Mathseeds app as we do not allow browser access via the app for the safety and security of the children using our program. Audio Problems on iPad

Sound stops functioning frequently and repeatedly. App needs to be force closed and restarted every time. Will update to 4-5 stars once developers fix this known issue. Until then the app is useless because audio is required for many of the activities.

Skills don’t align

Kids learn how to recognize the numbers 1-10 WAY before they can read the number words ie “eight”. The fact that this game expects 5 year olds to speed read words beyond their reading level, just to show they recognize single digit numbers is just stupid.

Not bad!

I’ll admit it Im not the best at math, but I’m in 5th grade but I’m doing 6th maybe even 7th grade math, Ive never been that good in my LIFE. Sometimes it’s a bit hard and it glitches or adds extra steps that make it harder but other than that it’s good!.

This is coming from the child’s perspective

So when I started third grade, I outgrew ABC mouse, so my parents were scrambling to find new things and they found math seeds and I started doing it at first. It was a little hard but then they got me set to my perfect level and it became way easier but commonly like it adds such unnecessary steps like what we doing. We need to add 50 +30 and instead of just doing 50 60, 7080 to give you your answer no it makes me add 40 and subtract 10 and it does it with almost every single equation and it makes it really frustrating to work with and also commonly I will use my calculator which always gives you the right answer and then I go to type it in and then when I submit it, it says I’m wrong and then my mom tries it herself and then it doesn’t work either and we like add extra numbers will subtract random numbers and it just will not work so I’m just saying I wish you guys would make it easier to use because it just makes learning like 20 times harder when they add all those extra steps and the app lags a lot but other than that, it’s a good app especially for those kind of kids that will only do something if they are actually being challenged, so yeah just please take my suggestions and make it a little better and then you probably get a lot more users

Annoying

We have paid for an annual subscription and it continually glitches on both reading eggs app and mathseeds app, regardless of which device we used.

It adds unnecessary steps

So Mathseeds not bad just randomly the sound will go off that’s annoying and it always adds these unnecessary steps that make it five times harder so I have to go to my teacher, a.k.a. my mom to break it down so that it’s easier BTW, I’m in fourth grade at a fifth grade level

Educational fun app

This is the greatest and most fun math app. My 7yro kid loves it . It has many different features on each lesson. There is always some new activities that my child never gets bored of .

So many study resources

I heard this app from school teacher. There are all sorts of study materials for my children who are in elementary school. Glad to know this great app. I’ll definitely keep using it even after the free trial.
