Hi There, Sorry to hear you had this experience. We actually migrated to a new version (version 4.2.4, you used 3.9.6) two days after you posted this review and believe the subscribing is much easier (but welcome your feedback if you don't find this is true). We discuss our pricing strategy on our website at www.matilda.health/pricing (the last FAQ explains why, currently, we have to charge, but that is not our long term strategy). As two allied health co-founders (physiotherapists), we've tried extremely hard to keep the platform affordable and accessible. If you're experiencing financial hardship, please reach out and will see what we can do. We've also made a feedback button within the new version and welcome any constructive thoughts you may have so we can continuously improve it for people with confirmed or suspected endometriosis.
