“Something went wrong.”
This app is trash. Our gym at work recently changed to these machines. Machines are fine but the app is terrible. I can not log in on my phone or laptop. I guess its fine that the machine lets me log in but this is really annoying
Won’t let me sign in
Don’t know why, but whenever I try to sign into the app, it won’t let me sign in. The machines are great though.
Cannot log in or create new account
All I get is a repeated “error” message. Very frustrating. No way to contact support

Like others have mentioned in their reviews, I created an acct on the machine at my gym and I downloaded this app to use with it for tracking my workouts. Whenever I go to sign in I get an error message and a note to try again later… which makes the app kinda pointless, if I can’t log into it. Womp womp.

Love the machines but….
So my job has matrix equipment and i used one of the machines to create an account which works fine and i love it however. for some reason i cannot log into my account with out an error message telling me to try again later. So right now the app cannot help me
