Useless - app not working anymore. Once they got their money, they bailed out.

It just says “you’re offline - check your connection”, as of a month or so ago.

The app has been shut down it’s useless just like all matrix watches are now useless as well

Same for me as for other recent reviewers. The app logged me off, and no matter what I try (new account, log in, forgot password, etc.) I get a “not connected” or “can’t send email” notification. Watch still functions. I hope it is able to sync time over bluetooth when necessary.
Seems abandoned
Watch worked great, app and viewing data seems to require internet, no internet = no data. Who are they selling the data to I wonder.

Power watch 2 app stopped working and not allowing to login or reset password.
Support team is also not responding to mails.

The app was great up until a week ago when it logged me out and stopped working.
Now it says “you are offline, check your connection”.
I love the watch and how much battery life it has, and the app was cool too, up until it stopped working.

Full of bugs
I have had this watch since it’s debut on kickstarter. Full of glitches. Does sync well. Constant issues with GPS. The app needs to be deleted and reinstalled for a sync at times. Only good part is it tells the time and doesn’t need to be recharged. This watch needs a major upgrade.
Dud on Android and iPhone
App has not been updated in years and does not function with iOS 15+ ( always says that you are offline). Was an original kickstarter contributor and have had for 5 years despite its terrible firmware struggles- it was an interesting tech that never delivered..

Update the software on this watch and app the watch is just frozen in time! You did not put all the things that you promised on your website on this watch, and that’s very disappointing! Because, like me, a lot of us bought the watch, thinking that all of this was going to be on the next few software updates, but it never was,this could’ve been the best watch ever!But because of no more software updates the watch never reached it’s full potential!!

Nice thought poor execution
My wife purchased this watch as part of crowd sourcing campaign. Both the watch and the app are not functioning as supposed to. Customer service doesn’t exist. App or watch hasn’t been updated in a long time. Time to buy a Garmin.

The lens is covered in anti reflective coating which rubs off
The lens is not genuine sapphire crystal
The bezel is plastic and broke exposing the antennas
No longer charges from body heat and requires charging

No longer supported
The watch was not bad but not great. I got mine on kickstarter so I’ve had it since release. The watch had quite a few bugs and issues from day one but the company was doing a great job of updating and fixing the watch. Then one day it seemed like the company just bailed on it. It’s no longer updated, customer support no longer answers emails and my watch is starting to act up. It was nice while the company was active but for this kind of money I’d suggest investing in a brand name watch that actually continues to update their product and has customer support.

Love the watch.... But
Can't get the latest update to load, keep getting a timeout, OTA failure. Even uninstall app and reinstalled? Still no help. Any ideas?
Poor app, bad watch
I really wanted to love this. I was a kick starter for V1 and V2. But they just can’t make a good product and this so is no expectation. Exceptionally slow sync times, it often fails, and doesn’t seem to store any info about your steps, workouts, etc. Every day I try and sync to my watch and yet there’s absolutely no info shown in the app (no steps or anything), despite the fact that I’ve had it tracking workouts three times this week. Abysmal with no support behind it. Avoid!

Every time I try to create an account it tells me I’m offline. I know I’m not because it let me download and I checked everything.
Big improvement
As a backer, I was excited to see how well the end product performed. On delivery, it looked and felt exceptional. However the watch was let down with various glitches which initially made it unreliable. But, after the latest software update, these glitches appear to have been fixed and so far I have had no issues. I have fallen back in love with the watch. Thank you 👍

Don’t buy this watch
Watch doesn’t capture the steps data accurately.
Moreover when I sync the data to my phone, only partial data gets synced. Very disappointed as there is no response from the Support team

Unusable
Straight from the box this watch has not worked. Major major issues with syncing and updates. The software is terrible and it kills the watch. Also, the customer service line is no help as it is constantly busy with no hold/wait que. I also emailed support and only received a generic reply. Stay away from this watch and this company.

Not Receiving Notifications
After the last mandatory update I don’t receive any notifications on my watch anymore. Please fix!
