this app sucks
first of all, the app logo on the icon is no longer centered which is just plain ugly. second, i don’t know why i need a passcode on this app when my phone already has a passcode on it. having to change your password every few months is sooo tedious. i don’t know if that’s the app or just the company i work for, but either way i’m sick of it. frequently, checking out just doesn’t process so then i have to do paperwork. really this app is just terrible, and i need it removed from the app store so my job can find a better way to check in and out of work.

STOP DELETING MY REVIEW
This app never has updates to fix the bug and glitches. At least 2 times a week and clock ins or clock outs are not properly recorded and because of state regulations we are not allowed to edit our shift times. The app glitches and deletes my notes so I have to redo them all. And sometimes you get the white screen of death and you can’t do anything. I’m so sick of it. FIX YOUR POS APP FOR THE LOVE OF GOD

It’s not showing my appointments
My appointments aren’t showing up! It’s just blank?
Annoying App
When clocking in and/or out, if often doesnt record it so you get a missed clocked in text and email. Other times, the screen is blank so you have to delete app and re install app. Happens almost everyday. The worst app there is !!!!

Have to delete and reinstall
I use this every day. At least half the week I have to delete and reinstall because it’s not working. This only started happening a few months ago. Prior to that, it was at least a 4 star. Why is this happening? Also, PLEASE have the notes auto save. I have needed to rewrite so many notes because I get pulled away before I can save.

The new update is not compatible with iPhone 12
I don’t understand that my phone worked fine until this new update…. When I try to log in it gives me a blank box with a ok which I cannot press please fix I don’t want to but a new phone just because of this weird update

As the other review mentioned, was working fine until recently when now it will freeze or not load. I have to uninstall and then reinstall. This happens probably 50-75% of the time I’m using it.

This app always has issues. After writing note the save button disappears and you can’t save your notes. You have back out and go back and rewrite your notes. The login page is too big and you can’t touch the 0 button or the x because it’s behind the forgot password link. I loads slowly so you have to wait to see everything. Definitely can be a lot better.

I’ve had multiple instances where I’ve checked in and at the end of the shift when I go to check out, it didn’t record my check-in!
It’s so bad that every time I check in I double check that I’ve checked in .
If you have to adjust the time that requires some other extra documentation for work. I would not recommend this app.

Ios devices continues to crash when using signature and pressing complete
I have been using this app for over a year now. Its been great and I had no issues. However. This new update, every co-worker who has an IOS connection this issue has occurred. But only if I have a signature. I can skip the process of needing a signature. And the completion process will be fine. But it crashes everytime I get a required signature.

Update
I have been using this app for about 3 1/2 year and this update is horrible. It doesn’t load and I’m not able to clock in at time. I have to log all the way out at times just so I clock in.
Home care app
At first the app was good, worked relatively well. Now over the past couple months since the update the app has been shotty at best. It frequently shuts down everytime I need to log in and shuts down everytime I need to log out. This leads to my managers having to call me almost every shift to make sure that I made it to my client on time. I try to delete and redownload the app multiple times but this does not seem to fix the issue, even when my managers reset my password and log in information. If there is any way to rectify these issues that would be for the better because at the moment I have no good things to say about this app.

Horrible issues with this app
I sure wish the developer would update this app!! The issues with this app is horrible. And I’m sure billing is getting tired of the issues also. The whole company is probably somewhat frustrated. Especially the employees that have to clock in daily and can’t because of the app not working. Please 🙏🙏fix these bugs, or I might have to call an exterminator. 😊 A quick response would be appreciated. Thank you. ☺️

The new update is horrible
The new update is not good! The app is laggy, freezes, and I have to close out the app and open it again so I can be able to use it.

I have been using this app for over a year. The first year the app has been great (no complaints). However, the last few months the app continues to freeze when I am documenting my notes for work. I will be typing notes and it will freeze mid sentence…. I will end up having to close out of the app because I’m unable to type or save and then I will have to write all the notes back in.
