Love my bank!
My local bank is always there for me if I have a problem because I’m not techy. Thank you all sooo much!
Constantly logged out
I’m constantly being logged out, and my password invalidated. The forget password” feature NEVER workS and I have to call the bank directly to have a new password generated. This happens twice a month. I have facial ID set up and it still doesn’t work properly. Terrible app

Terrible app
Half the time when you try and log in it will gives you an error even though i know my password is right. I always have to end up calling the bank just for my online banking to be locked for no good reason. Use any other bank!
Great feature
Wish they permitted a higher level of deposit through this this process. Seems $3000 or $3500 is the most anyone can deposit

So much easier to check bank account with mobile app. Since I’m disabled easy to transfer funds no need to get in car and drive to bank anymore.

The new system is outstanding. I’m incredibly happy with it. The staff at MCT is outstanding. I’ve been a customer for over a decade and will continue to be.

Doesn’t rotate
Evidently, they only wrote this for a phone device. It won’t rotate to landscape to be used on a iPad. Typical! Might work but their lack of planning makes it worthless to me.
Favorite App
This is my favorite app! Sometimes it’s a little wonky but just have to force close and relaunch. Check my balance several times a day. I’m just a little paranoid with all the hacking in the world. Had to get my debt card replaced a few times so I’m always checking. Depositing checks through the app is awesome and was a big step forward but our bank needs to move a little more forward and make our accounts supportable for Apple Pay.
