The sunglasses are nice but the costumer care its horrible
I buy sunglasses for my bf birthday and I had a notification about the purchase, everything looks good, after 4 days I realized that I don’t have any tracking information on my email, today I call them and the answer was that I can’t have the sunglasses because they are out of stock, BUT THEY NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING!!! If I don’t call today I never gonna know that my gf now doesn’t have birthday present! Horrible experience.

Needs virtual try on
The whole app is good but your missing the main thing to make people buy the glasses you need virtual try on
Great app but could use new features
I love this is a resource for showing the whole Maui Jim catalog. I would like you all to improve this app by adding AR so people virtually try on glasses. I would also like you all to add 360° views of glasses
Kinda useless
There was such a huge opportunity here to allow the front Face ID camera use AR to allow you to see the frames of each sunglass on your actual face before buying. I don’t know why they didn’t do that. It seems so obvious that you should be able to. It’s just a very basic app that lists all their sunglasses. That’s it. Basic info about each pair. It didn’t even go into detail about the type of lenses. The website is much much more helpful than this wasteless thing

Use It Everyday
Great app for helping my clients narrow down the hundreds of choices that Maui Jim offers ... perfect when using the “filter” for lens color, frame style and size. Really helps narrow down the huge amount of choices.
The 360 degree views give a perfect sense of what the glasses look like and the colors pop nicely. Much better than a printed catalog ... plus it’s always extremely up to date with removal of discontinued styles and the addition of new ones.
Others mentioned “freezing” screens ... I’ve never had the problem!

Worthless app
Wanted to see the options for the sunglasses. Won't even open. Deleted right away

The worst app in the history of the App Store. Freezes on home screen 50% of the time. Freezes on the second page the other 50%.
