Unnecessary permission needed
My hometown is quite fixed and I want to know the location of the weather of particular cities whose locations are also pretty fixed on earth so asking for location permission to everyone is really not necessary. I cannot even open the app without granting location permission that I do not grant to any app in fact, my location is always switched off. I hope to be able to use this app someday.

App opens only once every 5min
31/12/2025 update: Weather loads now but if I close the app and open again, it keeps showing a blank white screen. I have to wait 5min and then open the app for it to load and show weather. Very annoying. This doesnt happen on your Android app then why on Apple??

Did not get any data
App did not show anything in Jaipur, just spinning for 30 seconds. Search did not work as well. This was on iPhone pro on Airtel
Location compulsion
Can you make the app so that it works with the location settings off. Why is it compulsory to switch on location for the app to work? Also u can add an alert option for weather warnings.
Great Predictions but Needs UI Improvements and Speed Optimization
I personally felt a bit confused while logging into the Mausam app. I was expecting to receive an OTP on my mobile, but there was no prompt or clear message indicating that the OTP was being sent to my email instead. This caused confusion.
While the app does provide fairly accurate weather predictions, I found that many of the options/features are not working properly and take too long to load. The user experience could be significantly improved with better guidance during login and faster data fetching.
I hope future updates address these issues because the core functionality seems promising.
