No doubt that it is government org app
This app very very proves why it is Govt app. 7/10 times it doesn’t even load in iphone. Keep the image of Govt app alive within it. Do not change anything and do not waste money on it.

Unnecessary permission needed
My hometown is quite fixed and I want to know the location of the weather of particular cities whose locations are also pretty fixed on earth so asking for location permission to everyone is really not necessary. I cannot even open the app without granting location permission that I do not grant to any app in fact, my location is always switched off. I hope to be able to use this app someday.
