It won’t pair
This is a pain in the behind!! I can’t get a phone number to call for support. They do email me back and tell me the same directions that were on the package…so unhelpful. I’m totally let down as of right now. I hope they make it right.

App is GREAT, & VERY informative and EASY to navigate BUT PLEASE MAKE IT ABLE TO ZOOM IN ON only thing it is MISSING! Or it would get a 5 star. Thank you!
Not ready
Absolutely love the data it provides but there are too many other cons that outweigh this. You first of all pay $20 a month for a subscription and the battery is supposed to last 5 days at least. It only lasts maybe 2 days. There is no dedicated customer service to contact about any issues. You will wait forever for a replacement and the data needs to be manually transferred to a new sensor. I’ve reached out so many times with complaints and feedback. This product is great in theory and I think they’re on the right track but it’s no where near ready for the public. As someone else said this should be in beta testing. I can only hope that someone else decides to make a competitive version that is ready before releasing.

Should still be in beta
It’s been close to a month since I’ve been able to use my device in any meaningful way. It clearly is not ready for production release yet. It doesn’t calculate sleep score accurately. My sensor stopped working after only having it for a month and it took two weeks to receive a new one. This seems to be a common enough occurrence that they’ve added a self-service replacement sensor request feature. The activity calculations also don’t make a lot of sense. It’s a cool idea but the product isn’t ready for market.

It's Given Me So Much Peace of Mind
Two weeks in, and I'm genuinely impressed. My dog has MMVD Stage B1, so keeping an eye on his heart rate and breathing matters a lot to me, especially since he's turning 15 this year. I used to sit there manually counting and timing his breaths every day. With the Maven sensor, that whole process is so much simpler. The charts make it easy to spot trends, and I love being able to pull detailed reports on his heart rate and respiratory rate to bring to his vet appointments. It's worth every penny. The peace of mind alone has made caring for my senior pup so much less stressful.
