One of the main features don’t work
I’ve had the app for two weeks, it worked great the first week, let me know every time my garage was open and closed. Randomly, the app refuses to send notifications, I check all the setting to ensure nothing would block it, everything checks out, the app just decided I no longer needed to be notified.

Nicht zu Ende gedacht bei der Entwicklung
Die App an sich funktioniert, aber was bringt sie einem, wenn man im Auto sitzt und sein Tor dann über den Fahrzeug-Bildschirm nicht aufrufen kann, da die Entwickler nicht an die Integration in CarPlay gedacht haben.
Somit benötigt man noch immer die dusseligen Handsender und alles sprechen von Digitalisierung.
Schade wenn man bei der Entwicklung pennt.

Meine Güte - wie lange noch?
Wann kommt endlich die korrekte bildhafte Animation für das Flügeltor, wann der Fußgängermodus für das Flügeltor, wann die Animation für das Rolltor? Wann kommt endlich der Zeitplaner?
Schlechte App, schlechtes Produkt
Die Verbindung reißt ständig ab das Gerät muss ständig neu installiert werden
Tut meistens, was sie soll,
alle paar Tage ist der Status offline und die Box möchte neugestartet werden - dann klappt wieder alles. Was ich aber wirklich vermisse ist die Anbindung an Apple CarPlay - Geofencing macht nur Sinn, wenn man beim Autofahren nicht auf dem Handy rumtippen müsste, um die Pushmitteilung für das Willkommensszenario zu bestätigen.

Grundfunktionen vorhanden
App funktioniert in den Grundfunktionen. Mir fehlt, was schon einige vor mir angemerkt haben, Einbindung in Home Kit, CarPlay und die Applewatch/App. Zumindest die Möglichkeit, einen Kurzbefehl zu programmieren.
Open/close the garage
The app used to tell you would you like to “open” your garage door or if it was open it would ask “close” the garage door. Now with the recent update just gives the option to arrow down or up. Idk if my garage door is open or close.

Die Einrichtung war einfach - aber dann:
Version 1.2.0 auf dem Stick, keine Option für update, keine Möglichkeit, aus der App ein Feedback an den Support zu geben! Auf eine EMail bisher keine Reaktion! Zumindest die Version 1.2.0 bietet keine Option, die Zwischenpositionen manuell oder zeitgesteuert anzusteuern! Kein Widget, keine Watch-Unterstützung! Von Homekit ganz zu schweigen! Viel Luft nach oben-da bleibe ich bei Meross!

Can’t tell if garage door is open or not
One of the worst app I have. We used it to open and close garage door. Sometime when we come back home we find the garage door is open.
The app does not even tell you if the garage door is open or close. We had MyQ and could easily tell if garage door is open or not. We had to replace garage door opener and installed only this garage door opener and now stuck with it.

Too Simple 👎🏾
Very poor, it does not give you a story with date and times of the entrances and very simple exit, with the technological advances it should be better..
New Notifications
Finally!!! Thank you for adding notifications. Such a great helpful feature!!!!!
App is lacking and inconvenient
This is app is lacking… finally has some notification options but still no history. It also deletes devices after every update and it’s incredibly hard for a disabled person to find a way to climb up to get to the opener to push the little button on the stick to add it back each time, garage door openers aren’t on the floor. I was also told this was CarPlay compatible when I got it but clearly it is not. The notification to open door when arriving home would be more convenient to show on the CarPlay screen of a vehicle than to try to unlock and use a phone while driving.

More options
I do currently like the app. The only thing that I think that would significantly improve is if you could open and close the garage door with either an Apple Watch and or CarPlay. I ride a motorcycle and car doesn’t have homelink, both of these would greatly improve my usability. Great product though. Cheers.

No status or history. The two things you want on the app more than anything.
Needs notifications
Needs to add ability to get notifications when door is open or closed. Or when left open for certain amount of time. Seems like a key use case that apparently isn’t enabled
Ausbaufähig
Funktioniert prinzipiell tadellos, auch der Service ist hervorragend, wenn man mal ein Problem hat. Leider gibt es immer noch keine Anbindung an Apple HomeKit oder Siri! Bitte hier dringend nachlegen!
No way to receive notifications
I’m new to this app and I’m just getting a feel for it. My honest rating is a 3.5 Stars.
Right now I am disappointed I’m unable to receive notifications from the app. I was informed when I purchased it that I would get notifications when the garage door opened and closed but I do not. This would be a nice update. If it is something I’m missing please let me know and I will review again. Thanks

Tor fährt nach dem schließen wieder von alleine ca. 50 cm auf obwohl Lüftungs funktion nicht aktiviert wurde, entferne ich den Stick in der App reagiert an dem Tor nichts mehr auch nicht mit handsender
Door status
There needs to be a current status option on the Home Screen (garage door open or garage door closed) or at least a message saying garage door open do you want to close? Or garage door closed do you want to open?
