For an email that Says I have points that expire today and to use them. I didn’t know you have to have at least 250 to use points so I just lost my 206 points today.

Sarah George at the Clearfield, Utah store #349 was amazing. She walked me step by step through setting up my Nitro card. I would have given up without her. So patient and friendly. I love Maverik the service is always amazing! ❤️

Nitro is a scam
Whatever you do, DO NOT sign up for the NITRO card. It will decline every single time you attempt to use it, and you will have to sit at the pump for 30 minutes to call Maverik and get an override. Every attempted use gets flagged as suspicious activity. The only way to stop this is by using the card to generate a transaction history, but you can’t use it.
After several calls with Maverik, they told me that they put my card on preferred status and it would work. It still declines every single time. Apparently, “preferred status” just means that Maverik prefers you to just use your adventure club discount and pay an extra $0.08-$0.13 per gallon. Honestly, even if it would work, there’s usually a gas station across the street with lower standard prices than Maverik with the NITRO discount. They will tell you that they automatically price match on the back end, but I’ve never actually seen it happen.

Costumer serves sucks
I signed up for a nitro card. App tells me it’s been extended the full discount. However whenever I go to get gas and enter the code it’s tells me to see the cashier. But they can’t do anything tell me to call customer service. The past two day I have everything time forward me another person 1-2 time with no one able to get my problem resolved. They barely speak English. With there favorite phrase being “ah, I understand “. I don’t think you do!!

Getting logged out
Im continually getting logged out and have to log back in and now I can’t even log back in which is ridiculous. Edit: why am i constantly getting logged out?
Nothing works
I can’t login or confirm any of my information bc it just says error occurred. I’ve been trying for months now and it’s still the same. I try to create a new account and I get to the password part and it will not continue bc it was an error occurred. Just download the Casey app at this point does the same thing

To connect my nitro card to my bank account there was so many glitches and it took over an hour and a half just to get that done. The card also limits your transactions per day so one time when I had to reset my transaction and run the card again it now has continued to decline at two different locations and has wasted another hour of my time. Then now that I called them, they are only open Monday through Friday so I can’t unblock my card that I haven’t been able to make one transaction on due to being blocked from

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE ON PHONE. I WAS TRANSFERRED 3 OR 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE.
VERY POOR SERVICE. ON HOLD FOR OVER 40 MINUTES. JUST TRYING TO ACTIVATE A REPLACEMENT NITRO CARD.

The app is great except they act like it requires top secret clearance to buy a freaking hot dog. The hoops I have to jump through every time it is time to reset my password is ridiculous!
They don’t follow a standard password profile so you have to set some random obscure password. Then the emails or texts that are supposed to come to reset your password NEVER come. I end up having to call customer service to get it to work. Seriously?!? It is app to track your progress toward a free soda not your personal bank account.
Why make it so complicated?
This is seriously not worth the effort. I think I am done with them.

hard to sign in
every time i try to sign in it says “something went wrong” it is a small bug they need to fix. once u sign in it is an awesome app
Play & Win not working
The app is great but the “Play & Win screen won’t load. It keeps saying “play again tomorrow”.
