Pretty annoying that after buying 10 of anything on a punch it card your rewards expire before you can use them. Would giving people 90 days kill you?
Charged when using a reward
Bought a cinnamon roll and icee. Reseeded reward for cinnamon roll after scanning card it switched prices and charged me the total when the Cinnabon was supposed to be free. Reward is gone and I was charged.
Doesn’t work
For the Nitro pay at the pump, the linking to your hank account is very problematic. It apparently always declines when you first try to use it. There’s a number to call when that happens, so I did, going through the phone-tree and waiting. They told me this is common and said I should be able to use it in 24 hours. I waited 24 hours and it still got declined. Waited over a week and same result. They’ve lost a customer.

App sucks
The app likes to log you out and when you go to log back in it refuses to let you. Even after resetting my password and trying to log back in when I go to do the sms or email verification it doesn’t allow me to. Third time this has happened.

Can’t login
Ever since the last update I can’t login and I can’t reset my password or anything the app and their main site it worthless. What is going on? This has been a few months.
Ridiculous
It says simply hit the button to scan and pay, but then I have to put in my password and then I have to put in a code. Lost my nitro card and can’t get another one. In the store they say you have to go to the app and in the app. It says you have to get it in the store.. So hard to use.

It says the age requirement to log in is 16 and over and i was born 11/11/2008 and it still doesnt let me use my birthday even though im 17 and turn 18 in november, smh idk why but i was trying ti have discounts on my purchases.

It is glitchy. Doesn’t work well and a pain to do anything. Spend some money on this please.
70 and upset
This app is the worse app I have ever used. You need at a 12 letter
password to sign in, that is when I should have stopped. It asks you to make a pin when adding Nitro, not sure why. Then I was adding Nitro and I spent 20 minutes because it didn't like anything I entered for bank information. Now I am trying to figure out how to get my gas discount and I get everything but. Whoever designed this needs fired. At 70 I don't need to be looking everywhere on the app to find what I consider the most important reason for getting it. It sounds like I need to request some kind of access code to get a discount but I can't find it. At Loves I just need to scan a bar code.
