Can’t message or accept docs
The app seems like it’s made well, but there are plenty of glitches. The biggest two for me are I can’t respond to messages from the notaries or schedulers from the app. And I cannot. Accept documents after the notary uploads them. I can only do those things through the website. Even though the app says I should be able to do it there. If this gets fixed then it will definitely be rated higher.

Can’t sign on
Even with the correct email and password, it will not sign on.

Can’t sign in
I cannot sign in on my phone, even though the password and is are correct. I am a notary, and it makes it difficult to complete orders.

I am notary and would like to handle my appointments on the app when I am on go. I have tried to sign in many times and it won’t let me. Credentials are correct.
