Does not support Peugeot
I bought one year license for Peugeot but it can’t read the ECU‘s of my car and when i wanted to get refund for not useful software i got rejected two times. Never again autel

Does not work on Alpine A110 after 2024
Found out after buying the correct Autel OBD dongle that the Alpibe A110 after 2024 is not covered and you get a decode error when reading the VIN number. Forums confirm the issue

I just purchasef this device and tried to log i and it gives me server error s and no conectivity. Full wifi signal and full celular and it still won’t Connect. Money Down the drain. Do not buy.

Just toss it in the bin and spend on decent scan tool, after 50 million attempts connects to Bluetooth then don’t update for firmware, waste of money and time!!

Brilliant device--Terrible connectivity
When the device works it is truly an amazingly helpful tool. Unfortunately it can take up to 30 minutes of trying every trick in the book to get the iPhone and device to talk to one another. Delete, reinstall, connect but no communication, disconnect , error, try again, reboot, forget, unplug, replug...etc. If you have eternity to connect the device it is amazing, if time is limited...try again and again, and again, then buy something else.

Locked device no answer from support
For an unknown reason my unit was locked even though I paid £60 for it and a further £40 for the software. Now I’m left stranded because they have control whether I can use or not the device I purchased.
