Fold Phones Optimization
This app needs to be optimized for the new fold phones coming out. The app currently can’t be used to take pictures in order to submit notes through the fold phones. The reasoning behind this is because the aspect ratio on the fold phones is off every time you need to take a picture in the app, not allowing you to even press the capture photo button. I would love for this to be fixed!!!!

This app is the worse app I have ever delt with. It take forever to upload and submit data, and you have to keep submitting it until it goes through.

The App should have a confirm button for ending the shift. The End Button is way too easy to hit. A confirmation would help.
The history doesn’t always refresh correctly and I have to go back and forth to get the proper times of the shift.

App no longer showing schedules
Haven’t had any problems in 3 years until the Recent update made this app (for me) not show any of my schedules. Hopefully this gets fixed soon!
Photos
I am unable to submit a photo taken at my visit. Also last week they insisted I was not at location and I was. I wanted to photograph that I was in case of any questions. Couldn’t submit photo.

I find the Maxim Healthcare App to be So Convenient stress free don’t have to worry about your paper time sheet getting coffee spilled on it and that’s great .

This app has not been error proof. It won’t always allow me to log in and it erased one of my log ins so when I closed out, there was no history of me starting despite me seeing it initially. Sometimes it won’t take my password.
Lousy app
For a company that relies on an app to track employees you’d think they’d have one that was accurate and user friendly. This app is the opposite of help and truly aggravating.

Reset Password Link Doesn’t Work
I forgot my password so I tried to reset it through the link provided on the app. I answered all of the prompts requested but when I tried to choose which token to choose from the options are blank. The scroll down menu is blank. It’s the weekend and my local branch doesn’t operate during this time. Now I have to wait until Monday so that they can help me reset my password. It shouldn’t be this complicated. Just let me reset my password through the app instead of having to wait until normal business hours.
