App sucks
GPS doesn’t work half the time and notes get cleared unless I write them elsewhere I hate this app it always logs you out too and takes forever to load clients

Many occurrences of a lag when logging in, attempting to bring up visits, etc. Make the text larger please. The Face ID icon is munchkin, almost non existent, and tasks are tiny, too. Please fix.
Bad update
This app works better before the recent update. I don’t know whose idea it was to have white lettering on a light gray background, but it makes it very difficult to read. Your facial recognition button is now barely visible because it’s so small. The app is now slow to respond if it responds at all. Please fix it.

Newest update sucks
Newest update made the app clunky, glitch more, and impossible to sign shifts. Not happy.

It was better before
You recently updated your app and it seems to be worse than before. It’s slower to load anything you click on. The improvements should include loading faster and showing how many hours are left to report for respite. Ex. 30hrs a mth now your have 10 left etc…
They pay us nothing
They pay us next to nothing and can’t even get a simple clock in app working properly to make our life easier. Thanks maxim for always being so frugal and unreliable
Cannot sign in
ever since the last update i cannot log in at all. I've been clocked in still and cannot clock out or clock in for my next shift.
Locks me out/reset PW
Continues to lock me out for days. I text the company, generic response that doesn’t help. Called company I work for, no response from them. It continues to all of a sudden reset my PW for no reason & now has kicked me off completely. Cannot get paid. This app truly is the worse!! A lot of complaints from co-workers!

Version 4.0.0 login issues
Since the 4.0.0 updated, there is a configuration error message prompted. What happened? Please fix. Unable to log in.

Broken Update
Since version 4.0.0, the app won’t allow logins, with a pop up saying Configuration files not supported. This is affecting countless people’s incomes and the services of clients.

Yall messed up the app on the newest version. The login doesn’t work. I haven’t updated yet but my coworker’s iPhone says configuration not supported or smth

Fold Phones Optimization
This app needs to be optimized for the new fold phones coming out. The app currently can’t be used to take pictures in order to submit notes through the fold phones. The reasoning behind this is because the aspect ratio on the fold phones is off every time you need to take a picture in the app, not allowing you to even press the capture photo button. I would love for this to be fixed!!!!

This app is the worse app I have ever delt with. It take forever to upload and submit data, and you have to keep submitting it until it goes through.

The App should have a confirm button for ending the shift. The End Button is way too easy to hit. A confirmation would help.
The history doesn’t always refresh correctly and I have to go back and forth to get the proper times of the shift.
