Bug on in-app media player
Hi, I sent via bug report email, but in-app menu and speed control not working. Tap but nothing happen like x0.5 or repeat, everything.

I’ve been using this app for years, but they recently switched to a subscription model and took away access from previous customers.
IMO the pricing is absolutely ridiculous for what this app does, and it reflects poorly on the App Store that it’s filled up these days with such exorbitantly priced applications.

Was great, but now just ads
This says always been one of my favorite applications. But this latest release, now all they do is constantly show ads. And he can’t even get out of the ads, even if you hit the X, the ad won’t disappear. I’m forced to have to kill the app and restart it. I feel like they’re trying to force me into some sort of subscription.

Don’t update the app
After the recent update that allowed gifs to autoplay with no option to disable, pretty much bricked the app on my phone. Opening my gif folder just crashes after it spends about 15 seconds attempting to load them all. Anyway, before this update, I would have given MaxVault 5 stars but I am now currently looking for an alternative. I hope they fix this soon.

No other app like it
Basically a full-featured file manager with loads of features for videos including zoom and speed controls. And not subscription, which is a breath of fresh air. Only wish it would be updated more often, though there’s nothing broken thankfully with new iOS updates since the last version came out over a year ago.

Great app, terrible set up
The app functions great but WHY would you not make users create an account or recovery email? Things happen, things get forgotten. So now I have to lose hundreds of saved items because I wasn’t told or even recommended on settings up a recovery? The whole point of the app is for it to be secure, not inaccessible, or destroyed.

I used another app for many years to keep important images. that app went to way of many - probably profitable but the developers topped updating it and it seemed they were just coasting while it got buggier and its feature set seemed smaller and smaller compared to others. This app does everything I need and it is great.
There are two things I would suggest fixing or adding
1) Better handling of file import. The web browser over wifi is very slow for importing and importing using a USB device often made the app quit - especially with lots of smaller files like during migration from my old file app to this one.
2) More sorting options for ordering files. Having just import date and update date is limiting because effectively it becomes when the file was uploaded to the app. I suggest also ordering by "created date" or "modified date" with the act of importing not affecting these dates.

I did love this app with the ability to have individually locked folders with folders within. However with Apple’s new 26.0.1 Preview installed any folder is viewable password protected nor not just by using Preview to open it and any sub folders.

Brilliant, nothing with this level of functionality on the App Store
This has to be the best app of its kind by a far. I have now used MaxVault for several years and it has been flawless. Not only that but the functionality gives me everything I want plus more.

browser needs updating
The built in browser is so out of date and needs updating, lots of sites do not work properly. Otherwise solid app

You can’t give the app a less obvious name.
App doesn’t sync when using same app on another device.
i really like this app however the fact that it doesn’t link and sync when used on 2 devices is rubbish. same account used.
