My favourite Canadian realty app
I have used this ipad app for a long time and love it. Some of the documentation gives the impression it is for Alberta, but it works fantastic in Ontario as well.
Garbage app
There’s almost no refining filters, not even the basic ones like with or without a garage so if having a garage or even a double garage is non negotiable for what you want you still have to sift through several listings that don’t have one…🙄

The app used to be 5/5, but recently it doesn’t seem to show condos with really limited exceptions.

Was a great, not so much now
This was my go to for all listings; had some great features.
Now it is missing Strata & Condo listings. Not up to date with MLS. Filters not working properly. Sent messages describing the problems, no fixes in over a month. Sad to have to drop it.

For some reason it has stopped working, tried to uninstall and reinstall but no good....RIP, I’ll miss this one.

Used to be very good
This used to be a great app, up to date listings and information. Not anymore listings are missing, information is not correct.
No response from the realtors
I like this app all infos you need are here. Very good for window shopping only, I don't get a response to any realtors.
Locations are completely off
I like this app. Very easy to use and great information except the locations of the houses are completely off. We would be looking for a certain area and suburban rural addresses appear right in the middle of the city or the address stated is actually located on the opposite side of the town. Kind of annoying. Otherwise good app.

I was speaking to a friend of mine about realtor.ca she recommended this app to me! Best recommendation I’ve ever gotten! It shows the list date and everything! And better quality photos! I’ve seen more in the photos on here then with REALTOR.ca!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Commute times!
This is hands down the most amazing home search app ever! Searching by Commute Times is incredible...especially when more than one address is entered in and the maps overlay! I’ve never seen a better home search app!
