Maybank membuat hidup jadi lebih mudah

tiap bulan aku selalu pakai M2U ID buat bayar tagihan air, listrik, internet. semuanya lancar tanpa drama.

M2U ID udah kayak pusat transaksi pribadi. Bayar tagihan bulanan, beli pulsa, sampe isi saldo e-money buat tol, semua ada di sini.

Tidak bisa transfer ke Bank Aceh setelah update

Maybank Yth. Mohon tinjau dan perbaiki aplikasi M2U ID karena setelah update, saya tidak bisa melakukan transfer ke Bank Aceh karena ditulis no rekening salah/ tidak ditemukan, padahal sebelumnya lancar. Terima kasih.

New version is inaccessible

The new version is suddenly asking for a TAC to log in. I’m overseas and can’t receive it. App worked fine enough before but this change is a huge hassle because you basically have to be in person to update the phone number where the code is sent

Server down for 3 days

I have not been able to pay my bills with the app. The server has been down for 3 days. Usually the app works fine.

Can’t check CC usage without having account

I don’t need to open account at maybank but I have CC at maybank. This app can’t check CC balance without having an account.
Other bank apps, you can check balances without the need of opening / having an account.

Hi Bagus Perbawa, if you don't have Maybank Account, you can download M2U application and login using Maybank credit card number. You can check the balances of your Maybank credit card. For further information please contact our Customer Care at customercare@maybank.co.id or call us at 1500611.

No English option

This is a major downgrade from the older Maybank 2u app. Will consider closing my Maybank account because they are forcing customers into this app.

Account management

Only problem i have is i couldnt add more than one account, infact i cant change to my other account. Maybe u guys should make some feature to add more than one account so that we users with more than one account can switch easily or at least its changeable
But all and all its great.
