Frustrating and so slow and difficult to use for purchases and transfers. Maybank personal banking services remain way behind most other banks in Cambodia. Transfer requests most likely received with the comment “unavailable”…an absolute disgrace.
The worst banking app in Cambodia
This app is unbelievably bad for instance you can’t even pay any bills. It’s literally has only six companies you can pay and none of them are major companies like your electricity supplier.
When asked about this they say they are going to update it, they have been saying that for over two years. It is appallingly bad very much like the customer service of late which has gone downhill.
