Most frustrating app!!
Out of every five times I use this app it won’t let me use it until I update it! It’s so frustrating to be in the middle of a transaction, and have to pause to update my app before I can finish what I was doing. I’ve never used an app that has so many frequent updates and that won’t allow you to continue without updating.

I’m concerned with app security
App wise, it’s quite usable. However, there is no log off function. I felt my user name is just being masked. It is not necessary. These days, cyber security should be given top priority. Why is my masked user name even shown before I log in. I recently misplaced my phone and had the opportunity to review what it will be like if I’d lost my phone. The first and last two characters are reviewed. With shorter username, I would have guessed. My selected picture with my chosen phrase is also displayed before I even attempt to login. Why give away so much info and yet you are doing away with TAC and mandate app. Maybank, if you are serious about cyber security, please review your app design. I hope you will make me feel more confident the next time I use you app. Thanks.

Hi there,tried to register my iOS devices (iPad Pro M1 & iPad Air 2) for Security2U.Once received the OTP on my iPhone me unable to key in the OTP for confirmation.This problem happened long time ago but the developer haven't fix it yet till today (1/12/2021).TQ
Very buggy and hard to use
Very bad to use with a Password Manager. You should allow users to paste their password in from their respective Password Managers.
The MAE wallet is also terribly designed. So difficult to use and activate, horrible user interface. All around failure. Take a page from how Hong Leong designs their mobile app.

Always require update in the middle of transaction??
If you require an app to be updated before allowing transaction to go through its fine but don’t do it in the middle. I started fro M2U website, need secure2u to complete it but can’t because need to update.. so I need to wait M2U countdown to finish.. update my app, and re-do again. Don’t allow it to begin with if it’s not up to date. It’s wasting our time and frustrating
