User-friendly and Efficient
The app layout is clean and navigating through my accounts is seamless. Transferring funds and paying bills only takes a few taps. Very dependable for daily use!

bad Design and bad UI & UX
Very poor app design and user experience. The interface is confusing, scattered, and not intuitive at all. Even something as basic as authorizing a payment becomes unnecessarily frustrating. After logging in, sometimes you need to exit the app completely, close it, and reopen it just to continue the authorization process properly.
Finding previous transactions or scheduled transfers is also extremely difficult. The menu structure feels messy and badly organized. Editing a scheduled transfer is especially frustrating — it almost feels like the app is intentionally designed to make editing difficult.
The dark mode and light mode are also poorly designed. The contrast is bad, and the light mode is excessively bright and uncomfortable to look at.
For a banking app, usability and clarity should be a priority, but this app makes simple banking tasks stressful and time-consuming. Please seriously improve the interface, navigation, and overall user experience.

Online Web Payment Problem
For quite awhile now, the online Web payment cannot be processed. Each time upon submission to process payment, the page will clear out and restart process. No message for failed payments. A big let down.
New Quick pay very inconvenient
Why the quick pay function became so extra in the apps main page? I like old quick pay function very much, aways use it to pay for my monthly fix expenses , just to edit some keyword at reference part. But now quick pay only show me 2 old transactions, I saw the 3rd 1 but cannot reach it. So I need to do everything from a to z for every payment now. Waste alotsof time. Can you give back my old quick pay function.
