Locked out and no support whatsoever.

It worked OK until I forgot the password. I tried a few times but I just did not remember it. I got out locked out.

When I tried contacting support, there was an automatic massage but absolutely no follow-up. I did this twice.

Even after trying to reset the password, still locked out.

No support, find another app.

App is useless

I only gave 2 stars because it’s an interesting concept, their free app. Well, I am on an iPhone and could not get past the “register” screen. I entered in all info requested and I hit submit, the screen flashes very quickly and dimly and then it keeps me on the registration page. I tried to log in using my credentials to see if the submit did go through, but it did not. Very frustrating.

Non Functional. Possible scam

Doesn’t function on Android. Password is non retrievable. I feel uneasy about this app. Seems like a good demographic to exploit. Becomes a problem when you can’t trust an app.

Unusable App

The interface is impossible to see. It either took way too long to load or it’s white text on a white background. I had to agree to terms I couldn’t see to move on, then got to a form full of black boxes with no labels so I didn’t know what information to enter. Unless they hire a professional UX/UI designer who knows what they’re doing, I can’t recommend even trying this app.

Too many bugs, can’t post photos anymore

I’m unable to post my photos on my profile anymore, and when I try to do so I get an error message that says:

“App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.”

Had a tiny glitch with the app, so I sent a quick text to the developer (Adam). No sooner than I sent the message “ABRACADABRA” it was fixed.
Now I can continue my quest to find my perfect match.l highly
