Mazuma has rolled a few app changes over the years and this new one is by the worst. It’s just ugly and doesn’t flow. As I got use to app in June, here’s a new app in July and it’s just to much information on the start screen.

Don’t understand why when I lock my debit card it can’t be unlocked back till a random time of the day. I can’t make purchases or anything

Love the APP
Glad I can check my accounts and transfer money any time I need to. I don’t like the new look for viewing bill pay and transferring money. When I change the amount it just showed that not that I cancelled the payment. It is very confusing to me.

Update the app to handle multiple accounts
I wish you could toggle between multiple accounts. I have both business and personal accounts. Unfortunately on the app, I can’t see all- therefore I must go to a physical location just to transfer money between my multiple accounts.

Debit card controls
The bank is a great bank but this app is living in the past! The debit card controls glitch constantly- not allowing me to lock/unlock my card as needed.
Direct deposit
Have to wait in the evening just to receive my funds. That’s too late to receive direct deposit.
Scammers?
I went to sell my iPad to mazuma, they offered me £410. My iPad is in perfect condition, never been out of its case or my home. They have received it and have said there are multiple scratches and the iPad is bent??? I’ve got videos and photos evidence this isn’t the case. They are now offering me only £85. I feel

This service. Even on line buying a broken iPad to This spec is still more then £120, £85? Really! If there are any damages This hasn’t been done by me and I can prove it. Fingers crossed they sort this out for me otherwise next step is trading standards. I’ve seen a few reviews like this now. I’m sure they hope people will just accept so they can make their money! Not this time. Mazuma owe me money, let’s see if they pay up or whether I have to take it further!
