Only App on my Phone That Works Flawlessly
I’ve never once had an issue with opening the app and it working as expected. That’s something to be said for the app I use arguably as much as texting, and even more for the first app I open every single business day. Can’t recommend enough.

Robust platform, great data for professionals
I’ve used several tools/subscriptions that offer similar services. I cancelled those and now only use MBSlive. The fully customizable dashboard gives me the data I want to see right away, and in an easy to read format. Love the app vs the desktop views, both are clean and easy to use. The custom push notifications are great when I’m away from the office but still need to be aware of market movements. Love all the up-to-date news feeds, and the chat feature with others in the industry is priceless.

Only app/site you need
I’ve used MBSlive for 15 years, and as a subscriber in recent years, I can confidently say it’s the most effective tool for tracking mortgage-related market trends. It's a competitive advantage for us that use it everyday.

Timely, objective advice to help you win in any market. Knowledge depth to satisfy your needs, whether you are just looking for basic understanding, or guru level bond market and MBS analysis. Cannot recommend enough, it has been a daily part of my business life for 12 years.
Widgets please.
It’s a decent app 4 stars. The last star will appear when a clean interest rate widget appears. Very few apps provide this but as robust as your data is we could use a variety of widgets for our Home Screen.
Good Market Data
Nice dashboard for market data. They have live MBS and UST pricing. They help provide an easy to reference point of the right coupons to follow for those that need guidance.
It's not good for lock or float advice. I don't find ant value in the short videos on day-day bond trading. I find there advice is worthless at best. Not good to use this to advise clients, because you stop looking out for them and start trying to be a guru/guess the market right.
Overall value is mediocre, the cost is too much for what they provide . With the market failing, I don't think the subscriber pace will retain. Overall a MEH.

A) we don't offer lock/float advice. We comment on relevant market movement considerations. Lock/float advice is akin to making a call about financial market movement in the future and then going to bed, rolling the dice, and hoping you got lucky. That would be one of the most irresponsible things anyone in my position could do and that's why I'm careful not to do it. B) Anyone who has spent any serious amount of time or energy on the site knows that I am very opposed to the notion of "gurus." It would be foolish for any MBS Live member to pretend to know the future better than a flipped coin. The comments in this review are so out of character compared the feedback we normally receive that I can't help but assume it is disingenuous.
