Live doesn’t work
The live stream never works and hasn’t for seemingly half a year. What gives?
Pay but no play
Signed up yesterday. Of course paid but no Live stream contacted customer service multiple times. Eventually got an email saying I should’ve received an email to start things. Still no email. Traveling and was hoping to get some Live news while and transit, but still nothing the next day. Dealing with extremely frustrating and slow likely AI Customer service responses that are useless to date. See their credit. they did say. It may take up to two days to receive responses and although they have responded before that but it’s useless. Good luck navigating startup. It’s works for me in the past while using a cable provider that going directly and trying to sign up for just the app has been a nightmare.

App glitches often when trying to read article
App doesnt hold the article view and it flips to blank. Cant often find an article. Links from Cramers emails to the articles doesn't always connect. And last--why the heck do you not support searching in my saved articles??? The search is for quotes only not news. Searching for the retirement articles Ive saved gives me 'best credit cards' snd 'student loans' as search results. Huh? Get some AI in your search feature especially in my saved articles area of my profile. Ive got to use Apple News to balance CNBC limitations. Hire a better app designer.

Be warned, Need pro to see live TV of CNBC, twice as much as advertised
This app leads you to believe on the cover, if you subscribe, you get to watch live tv. It’s not the mainstream cable channel you’re thinking, it’s their Asia coverage.
To see their main US investor channel you get with Cable tv subscription, you have to go with Pro, witch is $300 a year at the time of this review, more than twice what the base CNBC+ is.
Sure it’s in the fine print, just misleading if you’re not watching. Waste of money.
