I’d rate this app a 4.5, but it closes abruptly when I try to watch some videos. No error message: the app just closes. If I open it again, it does the same thing. It doesn’t do it on every video, just the ones that seem particularly relevant.
Live stream fails
When I try to stream the live MS NOW channel, it lets me sign in with my TV provider. I do so, it recognizes the sign in, but still, I cannot watch live content. This has been happening a long time, even when the channel was called MSNBC. It also happens on my MS NOW app on my Roku. What is going on? Is it just that dish network does not have the proper credentials (ms now is part of my package) to pass on?

The content is great but the absolutely non-stop commercials kill the experience. I find I go to podcasts more and skip the torture.
MSNOW LIVE
Fix MSNOW so I am actually watching live news not scrambling to find cuts from the show. When you show the word “Live” I expect live tv. The time posted on the screen is not live time. I am very disappointed & I regret switching to this from cable.
