Excessive password resets
They take password resets to the extreme. Major banking institutions don’t have this kind of hassles constantly flipping access on and off.
When it works…
I like the MN&T app when it works, but many times I have problems logging in and get locked out. I then have to call the bank and get it reset.

I find the app a simple way to check my accounts and transfer funds and see if a payment has gone through. Very nice!

I like the app but if you ever forget the password one time you are locked out. I’m hoping that improves.

Not user friendly. Always some glitch. Lately, I click save info every time I go to log in, it will not save my user name and sends the security code to my phone

Account transfers.
I really like the app. But since the new update money account transfers are so slow! It ask several questions and your going from screen to screen. It’s just not an easy process like before!
