I am so happy with everything the Credit Union has done for us. Helped us with a mortgage and our car. Love how they worked for us.
Errors for days
It wont load my accounts, just keeps telling me there was an error, for days straight i cant load my info.
Terrible
I haven’t been able to access my account in 3 days from the app please at least fix the app. It has been giving me errors for half a week

I always have great service whenever I need help with something. App is easy to navigate. Highly recommend.

Horrible platform
The new platform is horrible, even the survey is messed up
Cumbersome
The old MC app was unattractive, but the functionality was there. The new app tries to incorporate customization, but fails to do so in an organic way. Too many button presses to see frequently accessed information. Clean it up, and it may not be a bad app.
Love It
Love that I can see pending deposits ahead of time and transfer funds to other members! Also love being able to rearrange features and set it up so I only see what I use. App is easy to use and looks really cool.
So confusing
Before I could get on and see my accounts clearly now I have to try and figure out what is what every time. Only thing I like about it is the PIN number to log on. Poorly designed in my opinion
Should’ve left it alone
New app is a hassle. I have to re-register and wait for them, because they decided to make a new app. Really inconvenient. Let me back in my old app.
Can’t access account now
I tried logging in so I could transfer funds from my savings to my checking. I correctly put in my username and password and it said my verification was wrong.
Hate change
It is so difficult to find what I was use to looking at before. I don’t want to see transactions from all my accounts at one place.
New app, wrong direction
The previous app wasn’t the prettiest but it worked. The new app looks much more modern, but none of it works. Can’t transfer funds between two MC accounts (share and draft). Doesn’t get much more basic than that. I hope it improves because right now this was a big step backwards.
Horrible
The highly functional app was replaced with this garbage.
