I’ve been using McAfee for a long time, and it protects me from nearly all the scams and risks. I was under my mo/ subscription until she cancelled it, but I currently have my own. Never hurts to have extra protection.
Great Protection
I am very satisfied with McAfee. Their advanced protection is well worth it with what they offer and the ability to add a lot of devices. They are able to clear any information about you that you do not want to be out there across any areas that cover the digital space rather it be the dark web or any website and I love how they have their financial monitoring set up where you can also see your credit score. And I love how they have their app interface displayed it makes it so easy to see everything that is being monitored. They literally cover the everything. And they are very loyal to their customers!! I absolutely love McAfee!! Only thing I would say that I am having trouble with is deleting accounts across the internet that you have used your email for. It seems like it takes awhile for that to happen. Because the screen just keeps spinning. Otherwise I absolute love McAfee

My apps and computing devices have all been hacked using developer access and open source software including Apache License 2.0 among others.
Lost
Looking for simple items in this app and I’m ready to pull my hair out. I finally decide to click on customer service support brings me to the next page. I click customer service for the phone number to call. Send a message comes up, saying go to the whatever screen I don’t remember now to find your state you live in to find the number to call. Which I can’t find. Someone needs to redo this app. I don’t know if I should laugh or cry.

Works for laptops as a service but this app is incapable of any function.
Maybe a few years ago this app used to work, but recently I’ve noticed the app signed me out and can’t get the login option to open.
If you are looking for phone protection I advise to look elsewhere.
May consider switching to a competitor when my subscription ends if the app stays inoperable.

Do not trust McAfee
I just got a potential fraud alert from my credit card company for $164.28. McAfee attempted to renew my subscription yet they had my old card number but still managed to get a hold of my new card information, weird. My subscription I paid almost a year ago now was for $31.79, so tell me how it's now triple that.. No where does it state my renewal will be that more expensive. Very sketchy business practice and I will in fact not be renewing my subscription.
Edit to add: When I originally signed up, I knew the 31.79 was a discounted price, but it did also say the original price would be $80 per year...not $164.28.
