Watched the cook goof around not working while we received our food 50 mins after the app said it was supposed to be ready. Very slow restaurant not many customers. Very very poor service.
App fee and customization
Are you kidding that you are charging a .35 fee to place an order so that customers directly pay for your app on top of our food? Also, you will can’t customize food at all it’s ridiculous.

I enjoy McAlister’s Deli, the food is great. About 98% of the time I order through the app. What I didn’t know was that McAlister’s tags on a fee to help pay for the app and their website. Is that fee added to a ticket if you walk in and order at the counter? I’m not sure. But, what I am going to do is deduct that fee they’re charging me, it varies depending on the amount of your order, from the tip. Their employees will start paying my share of app & website fees.

Is It Just Me?
Every time I visit McAllister’s I order a salad, and sometimes a tea and dessert. Once I slept my salad from the salad menu the app glitched and I get locked out from other sections and have to use the search bar to select anything else. Fortunately I get the same things & know what to search for, I’d be SOL if not. Other than that I don’t have any issues. There’s usually some sort of discount offer and/or opportunity to earn extra reward points and the points seem to stack up relatively quick. Glitch or it, m you’re not using the app to order then you’re missing out.

Food was OK but forgot to put the sides in the order. Typical of most places. They are sorry but that doesn’t get us our food. Maybe they should have to deliver if they forget something. Maybe that would be an incentive to get it right the 1st time.

Downloaded the app cause the website wouldn’t let me order and the app wouldn’t even let me sign up. Their IT department needs to be fired, their website always and I mean ALWAYS has bugs and I’m guessing is the same thing with the app

The food was fantastic and the service is always fast at the pickup window. We love the ease of using the app. Doesn’t taste like fast food but the service is fast.

Payment screen did not complete immediately, left the UI up for paying again? Eventually went through but give me a different screen while you're waiting for the payment to process.
