This app could be much better but lacks functionality! There isn’t an option to add additional condiments - such as dressings. I want to be able to purchase extra dressing through the app and not have another charge when I get to the restaurant. Ordering on the app wasn’t horrible but it would be a lot better with minor tweaks. The PM or IT over the app should run more test from all consumer angles to see the gaps. Even leaving comments for feedback in the app took more work from my side. I had to type on my notes and paste it. That’s crazy! Review the CFA app and see how much they allow you to customize and add, that’ll be a great peer review.

Why does it tell you a total but charge the actual charge is ~$0.25 more?

Love the atmosphere every time I go in this location. The service is amazing and the food is the best. My kids and I can’t get enough of this place.
Fee for using the app is despicable with the expensive sandwich prices!
The sandwich prices are a rip off and to add insult to injury there is a fee for using the app ! This is how places like you go out of business! Mark my words! I will give you a few good years and you’ll be gone!
Wrong Order
I am very disappointed with the app ordering service. I placed a custom order through the McCalister app and the system did retain the information. I ordered a King Club Sandwichwich with no Mayo, no cheese, no bacon on a Ciabatta roll, with avacado and mustard. After picking up my order and taking it home, I opened the bag and it was I an original King Club with everything I am allergic to in it! I couldn’t return it since I live a distance from the restaurant, so I ended up scraping everything I could not eat due to food allergies out of the sandwich. It was such a disappointment as I frequently dine at your restaurant.

I ordered through the mcalisters app for delivery, the delivery driver stole my food and i cant get a refund from the delivery service or mcalister. Rest assured i will never order through the app again and will not be eating there anymore. So don’t do delivery it’s extremely unreliable and unhelpful.

This restaurant is so bad compared to the ones on the southside of Indianapolis, the sweet tea is horrible the sandwiches hardly have any meat on them and they are always out of something. Just poorly run

Would be nice to have a separate line for online pickup orders so that the process could be expedited.
This app is glitchy
I just downloaded this rewards app and the only thing I can do with it is place an order. I want to upload a past receipt for points but there are no options for that. Too bad as I might have been coming here more for lunch if I could collect rewards, but I will never order food on it so it’s getting deleted immediately. Not enough bandwidth in my life for poorly functioning things.

Confusing
At the store I ordered from there are tap “I’m here” signs , I never saw a place in the app to press “I’m here”. No drive through.

Miss Charnette I believe is her name she’s a manager in training. She is so accommodating such a pleasant person. She always calls me by name. She always asked if there’s anything else that I need and make sure my food and whatever discounts are on my app or app applied.
