App needs some updates
We got the stuffed potatoes and there is just not enough of the toppings on the potatoes. Would love to see it increased by at least 15%. The tea was great but I could not request āno iceā on the app. Had to call the store and give my name and request. Can that be added to the app? The cookie and brookie were great and so was the chicken dumpling soup. They also helped my husband out to the car with our order which was very much appreciated.

Love McAllisters! The people that work in the McComb restaurant are so nice. They know how to treat their customers. I usually go to the window and usually donāt have to wait. I also love all the products and so glad they have gluten free bread. Wish they had gluten free cookies.

Infuriating
The payment method is broken. I have removed an old card from my profile and added my new CC. When I go to pay I have 4 CC payment options, all of which are my old card. I am unable to make a purchase through the app as a result. Until itās fixed I wonāt be eating there.

The OKC Westgate location is my favorite location. The employees are the best!! Brandon, Chris, Kiera, Caillou & everyone else. They always take such good care of us!! & the food is always so fresh & delicious!!

I just recently tried McAllisterās for the first time. Now I eat here multiple times a week for lunch. I donāt know how I ever lived before without it. If you love soup and sandwiches, itās a must have. Iām completely obsessed. The fire roasted vegetable soup is amazing, I love the chicken salad sandwich. Red beans and rice is fire.

Convenience fee for using app
$12 order gets a $.50 convenience fee and when you click on the ā?ā By it, it says itās to help the restaurant run and the app operateā¦ what the heck is that garbage?? so the fact that a person doesnāt have to take my order, and it just directly goes back to the kitchen then itās prepared just to be put on a shelf instead of interacting with a person costs you more? That doesnāt make any sense! Wonāt be spending any more money here canāt trust companies with my food quality and to not cut corners if theyāre clearly doing money grabs like this in your face!

Reward redemption
Was given a 30 day tea pass code by manager of store. Will not let the code be redeemed. Saying it is an invalid five. Manager at store did not know how to help me. Grrr
App fee?? Really?
Not only is there lemonade now over $4, they include fee for simply using the app
Unusable
The app is unusable for me. It has an expired credit card stored and wonāt let me use anything else to pay no matter how many times I add my new card. It tells me to delete the expired card in my account but only my new card is listed in my account. Customer service could not help me, they just told me to order on the website. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and still have the same issue.

The app makes you sign in every time and never remembers your information even when you are signed in.
Doesnāt let you save info
The site doesnāt recognize past orders or name, credit card information. Maybe Iām doing something wrong but if Iām not, itās a big pain to type in all of your information and credit card numbers etc.
Drive thru
Picked up my app order today and asked to buy a tea in the drive thru when I picked it up and the employee said I couldnāt do that and I would have to go inside to purchase it. I have never heard of a restaurant turning down money before. I am a weekly repeat customer and never had that before.
