Just once I’d like to pickup a full and correct order at windowside. My side of broccoli was missing. My potato soup had no bacon or cheese and there were no utensils or napkins included in my bag. (Sigh)

Burnt curdled cheese sauce
I order from this location alot and continually get curdled nasty cheese sauce on my potato, waste of money because it is inedible, and pay extra for a side of same cheese . To go order, please stop putting burnt curdled cheese, it doesnt even look good so it is not a mistake
Website is difficult
I couldn't find the items on the website that I know are on the menu in the store. Half the types of baked potatoes are Unavailable. The drinks were hard to order. I had to order Dr Pepper but we wanted Sweet Teas.
My Review
This store has its up’s n downs. What it all boils down to is whose worker when you come up here. Some employees care about the customer service and some don’t, they just here for a check and you can tell bc service be terrible.
Customizing drinks
Love McAlester’s so much, but wish the app would let you customize your drink. I like to do half sweet tea and half lemonade but there’s no option for that on the app. Also a light ice option, things like that. Otherwise, no complaints.
Fees
They charge service fees to use their app. Makes me not want McAlister’s nickle and diming customers.
Wrong sandwich
I picked up my order and they gave me the wrong sandwich!
