Great service!

Quick and tasty!

Why do they charge a fee to order online?

Why do they charge a fee to order online? They should be happy to save the counter labor. Instead they charge a fee. “Service Fee

Best Tea and King Club Sandwich

The tall stack of King Club sandwich is one the best, and their sweet tea 🥰🥰🥰

Good

Blah

I ordered a club sandwich with no pickle and no tomato and both were on there and it also looked like a toddler made the sandwich. Staff is also rude.

Great app

Signed in as a guest and ordered straight from the lot while I was working. SEAMLESS!

Review

It was simple and easy to order on the app. I’m really glad that the app worked this time.

App SUCKS!

Did not honor My Reward, Did not offer Table Service even though signs are everywhere! Overpriced food!

Four dollars for a small fountain drink is ridiculous

Total rip off. I ordered a Club sandwich. It looked like something you could just make yourself a cheap wheat bread too much bread not enough meat, cheap cheese. I don’t know how they get away with charging the prices they do.

Very difficult to navigate and buggy

I have used many apps for ordering food and this is by far the most cumbersome. I had multiple issues logging in with the correct info, I had issues adding items to my cart after selecting them. I had issues applying a reward to my order (which is the only reason I ever end up ordering from McAllisters). I finally got it all through but I highly doubt I will think about ordering again.

Fee for using app

I don’t think consumer should have to pay a fee for using a company app to order their food. Won’t use it again.

Additional fees

Unexplained “additional fee” added to cost and taxes. Won’t order again. Also does not publish all unhappy customer reviews.

Service fee

App works well enough, but I’m using the app for rewards on a $65 order. Charging a $1.70 app fee will make me choose other restaurants in the future. I’m already saving you labor at the restaurant.

Beautiful place to eat food!!

I love this place!! Great food and prices!!

Adding condiments

You can’t add extra condiments or any extra instructions

Delicious

I never have any complaints anytime I order here

Paying to use the app?

I didn’t realize when I started the monthly tea rewards that I had to pay to use the app. I’m a mom of 4 young kids & cannot go in to pick up.

Great food

Can’t beat the half and half for lunch my go to

If you don’t want meat on your sandwich this is the place to go!

I ordered the 1/2 Reuben on the pick 2 and there was barely half of the meat on the sandwich and a dab of thousand island and a spot of sauerkraut. There was even an upcharge to pick this sandwich. What a ripoff.

Potato soup

Zero potato’s zero meat
