Not user friendly
Using this app on iphone, it provide all functionality but seems a little out dated. For example, not sure why it is designed to force the user to type long iban numbers and restrict copy paste functionality through out app, increasing the chances of error and waste of time.
Dot typing not allowed
Unable to add dot in username hence haven’t been able to use the app at all. Kindly fix this issue!

App is crashing
App crashing while opening on iOS 12.1.4.
It's not at all opening. Restarted the app, hard rebooted the device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still app isn’t opening.

Don’t work with IPhone X
The technical support team doesn’t seem interested to rectify the issue either. I registered a complaint which was closed without any solution. Staff member advised me to speak to iphone help desk instead which didn’t make any sense to me.
