Cannot access the app
Cannot access the app anymore. I click on use mPIN and it doesn’t even let me put the pin. This has been going on for months now.

App stuck on main screen
Impossible to log in. After entering my PIN, the app does not open and stays stuck on the main screen. I have already visited MCB several times to fix this, but the issue is still not resolved. Very frustrating.
Virtual card
Am very disappointed about the app because the virtual card is not available on iOS and on SBM is on iOS so why MCB can’t do it

Not reliable for registration if you are not in Mauritius. As a result I’m not able to access my account for more than a month when I switched phone.

with tax time at the door, literally the worst time to do an update. Last version was easier to navigate. Now lots of options that were vital seem hidden. Change for the sake of change is not improvement. Stop trying to fix what ain’t broke cause you are breaking stuff every update

Use the App abroad
MCB is making it very difficult to access online banking from abroad. I cant seem to use the app when im out of the country. It tells me there is location restriction. And they only gives a mauritian number to call. What if you no longer live in the country! Please provide online support!

Thank you MCB for this App. I enjoy the New pay Bills option now that my electricity bill appears automatically on the App. I am waiting for my MyT bill to appear as well as my Emtel bill.
Also, hoping that I can soon select to which account the “Tap to pay” option should point with my debit card. Hopefully soon.

Unsatisfactory
JUICE App is very useful and easy to use. However, customer service of the MCB is very unreliable! Officers on the 2026060 hotline cannot provide accurate information and misdirect people.
iOS Bug
There’s a bug on the App for the iOS version. Sometimes the app freezes while using the FaceID and several attempt is required to successfully login.
App so slow
Takes forever to load/process something

There should an option for notifications whenever theres a withdrawal or a deposit on your accounts.
