Pathetic Application
MCB is one of the worst banks - they charge 4000 for a useless non working app. When i tried to cancel the account they want me to visit the bank branch phone service is pathetic. Closing my mcb account as well. Stay away from them.
Horrible Experience
I can log in into my account but can’t perform any activity, such as balance check. Why does it allow me to log in and says “invalid pin” when inside the app I try to perform an activity?

Garbage Application
This app is absolute Garbage. I can’t even see my account balance in my lite account through this app after logging in, when i enter my pin to check my balance it says pin or mobile number wrong which isn't, and I can’t even send money through this Application this is pure garbage of an app made by MCB bank which promotes it self as top bank in Pakistan. They can’t even properly make an app for there customers so imagine how there other services would be like.

Worst app and internet banking by MCB
Please change your bank if you use internet banking . I never seen anything like MCB internet banking worst app ever . Nothing works can’t believe MCB have such a worst app . Stay out , or change ur bank .
This App doesn’t work at all
You can not even check your mini statement neither balance inquiry. You need to sort out otherwise close it down.
