Error of the app

I cant get the ecode generator when i download the app so I can’t sign in

Cannot sign in

App requires a newer version of iOS (iOS15 minimum - I’m on iOS14) to run and this change has been rolled out without any prior notifications. As you’ve dropped e-Pass support, and tried to force e-Code - a predominantly digital system - on a relatively “digitally illiterate” society, I’d think that it’s logical to not complicate the the process for people to log in and deal with their financial necessities. I’ve been at the bank today, and have been told that my iPhone needed “fixing” from a third-party in order to regain access to the e-Code feature and log in on other devices. I’m a software engineer myself, and this is just failure of design - the user should be able to log in via different means and access something as important as their finances. PLEASE FIX IT.

It will not connect

After the last update on July 3 2924. The app no longer connects

Horrible app

It is not easy to use, it is not easy to find where is and how to do something in the app. The interface and user experience are horrible. I can’t find a receipt after transaction. The app also does not allow log in using Touch ID. Make sure you are change something, be effective and take care of your customers. I am very disappointed MCB.

Recently I have been experiencing crashes and some transaction.

MCB should pay attention to services. This must reflect how you care about your customers.
