Great app but one snag
I just wanted to leave a review about the updated app. It’s very easy to use and like the fact that you can edit a booking (costing £5). However although there is the facility to add your booking QR code to Apple Wallet or print it off, this does not work. Please can you remedy this. Also, I’d like to say that all the staff I’ve dealt with over the years using McCausland car park at Belfast International Airport are a fantastic team of people and I’d like to say a big thank you.

Payment issue
New app was great until I tried and failed to be able to pay using my Mastercard,my bank said the problem was with the App,shame..
App is garbage
Complete waste of time.
Waiting a while
I have used mcCausland on a number of occasions over the years and have always found them efficient and friendly. I understood the Monitored return flights that had customers on. On Sunday last I waited for over 25 minutes for a pickup and eventually had to contact them for a bus
Unusable app
The Carpark is good but problem is the app never works and despite the company knowing this they haven’t fixed the issues that have been around for years. I end up booking elsewhere due to the frustrations with the app.
