Great app but one snag
I just wanted to leave a review about the updated app. It’s very easy to use and like the fact that you can edit a booking (costing £5). However although there is the facility to add your booking QR code to Apple Wallet or print it off, this does not work. Please can you remedy this. Also, I’d like to say that all the staff I’ve dealt with over the years using McCausland car park at Belfast International Airport are a fantastic team of people and I’d like to say a big thank you.

Payment issue
New app was great until I tried and failed to be able to pay using my Mastercard,my bank said the problem was with the App,shame..
App is garbage
Complete waste of time.
Waiting a while
I have used mcCausland on a number of occasions over the years and have always found them efficient and friendly. I understood the Monitored return flights that had customers on. On Sunday last I waited for over 25 minutes for a pickup and eventually had to contact them for a bus
Unusable app
The Carpark is good but problem is the app never works and despite the company knowing this they haven’t fixed the issues that have been around for years. I end up booking elsewhere due to the frustrations with the app.

App is easy to use , but doesn’t seem to take payment at the end 🤷♂️
Slow and crashes just like the website
Very poor app slow and crashes then has to be forced closed and rebooted. No option to park an additional vehicle on same dates already entered and paid for

App doesn’t accept any sort of payment. Can’t get booking through at all.

Very disappointed with the service today on return I was 45 mins late and was charged an extra £6 plus I had paid for a text msg reminder which I never received never got refunded for that said he knew nothing about it. Very poor service!!!! Have been using this firm for years but not any more and the rest of my family are following me to go elsewhere

Parked last week nice to start your holiday with the friendly staff . On arrival at mccausland Nothing was to much trouble nice to have the bus driver carry our cases onto the bus . To top it all off had the car cleaned and serviced great job and not to sore on the pocket . Will now defiantly be a regular thanks again mccauslands.

Booked my weekend parking at Belfast International Airport through this app. Easy to book my space and the manage booking feature is really helpful.
Disappointing
A good firm which provide good value and customer service. This app lets them down big style. The calendar is wrong the day and date don't marry up

Think it's a good idea however the calendar seems a bit off, the date and day didn't match up.
