The implementation is as bad as this app
Every time I use this app now it makes me angry. Not only is it a horrible app but the way I found out about it was ridiculous. No communication. I went to pay my CC bill with the McCoy app and online service and I kept getting an error. So finally I call and they say “yeah you can’t do that. Now you have to use this app that we never told you about.” But we will be happy to process the payment over the phone for $8. Unbelievable!!

Terrible App
The worst app. None of their apps work well. They are way behind the times when it comes to technology.
Cannot Login
New app will not accept my existing log information I already have for online banking. In addition App will not let me “create” a new account login specific to this application because it does not want me to use the email I already use for PC accessed online banking. And member services is unable to resolve.
Do developers actually try their Apps and Debug before putting them out in regular user domain? Not always clearly…
