Like Govt. Not working- Times Out
Since last 10 days tried this app to pay House tax. Daily tried for 30 minutes, wasted approx 300 minutes. Always times Out before payment. Worst app ever encountered. However, last year the payment was done in few seconds . Why this year not working ??

The app has improved a lot from the last usage- last year☺️… the payment from UPI is still broken.. the screen goes blinking… otherwise all is good..

Thanks to all the engineers with subpar knowledge who got job in NIC through “reference” we have the most pathetic app and infrastructure for the residence of New Delhi, the capital of 4th largest economy. BJP will spell doom for all of us. The worst is yet to come.

Issue in accessing the App
In iOS devices, the app prompts update screen. When you hit update, it still shows update prompt again and again making it impossible to proceed further. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the issue still persists.
Update related
App is asking for update when open . But its not getting updated when given consent to update. Same update message is popping up again and again. Have deleted and reinstalled the app, still same. Please see.
Update looping
The opens with an alert for update and when we press the button it takes to the apple App Store where no update option is available but the button ‘Open’ only appears. When we press the open button it takes back to the App where the update button pops up. And one goes back and forth several times.

Problem with Updating the Application
It is not possible to update the application.
After paying Property tax, it says update the application but never updates the application.
It is also not possible to open the App.

Always keep asking update the app snd does nothing. Keeping jumping.
MCD app not working in iOS
When I run MCD App on iPhone 15 with latest iOS, the app says update available. On pressing update button, it does not download the update. It again takes to the app. It goes in loop and does not work. I deleted the app and downloaded again. But same error is coming. Hence unable to file property tax.

App Not Updating
Upon opening MCD app that was installed earlier and registered, it shows the msg ‘Update Available’ but on clicking update, it takes to App Store where is shows the ‘Open’ button. On clicking ‘Open’ it again takes back to installed app and same process keeps repeating in a circle without any update of the installed app.

Looping error
There is a looping error which takes me from the app that displays “update available” back to the App Store which redirects me back to the app.
I strongly urge the devs to fix this bug as a lot of people dependent on this app to pay their property tax.
Kindly work on correcting this issue as it has been more than a year since we’ve been having this problem.

Update is never done
I have been trying to deposit property tax, but the MCD App puts nugget for “update”. When update is clicked it takes to App Store and there instead of Update, it asks to open and again “update nugget pops up and you do the same and the process never ends

App is not working on iPhone
While opening MCD App, pop up screen appears with a message that new version is available. Do you want to update now? On clicking the same it takes to Apple store but could not be updated. At the same time if you don’t want to update then you can not proceed further to citizen panel.
Wonderful App
After updation in end of 2024 the app is not opening and going in open and update loop. I request concerned department to look into this matter asap to avoid inconvenience caused to taxpayer of nation.
Uncertain obstacles while opening the app
Whenever I try to open the app a message pops up saying that an update is available and update now, once I click on update now the App Store doesn’t even show the update options since the app is up to date, I request the developers to fix this bug because my geotagging process is on hold due to this.

Unable to register either with mobile or email
This is a horrible experience. While registering with mobile number it continuously says something went wrong. And while registering from email address, you do get an OTP but after entering the OTP on the app it says email address is wrong!

Time out issue
The concept of this App is good but some issues need to be addressed
1. After Geo tagging, by the time photos of 3 sides are taken and uploaded, the location for Geo tagging is no longer accurate. By the time return to correct location the App times out and info can no longer be updated
2. There should be an option to upload photos from the photo library instead of Live Photos to prevent time out issues.
3. There’s a limit to attempts for Geo tagging after which it directs to contact the MCD officer.
