Just like many of commented here- lousy app couple with bad delivery service

Waited over 2 hours and ended up cancelling my order.
Why it’s forcing for a unit number??
Many addresses don’t have unit numbers in Singapore. Useless
Wrong orders
Literally got everything wrong. Hot cakes missing. Green tea ordered but got milo. NO FEEDBACK BUTTON SO I COMPLAIN HERE. I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY.
The worst app on my phone
Doesn’t work, can’t pay, can’t order. Aweful
Bad tracking
Bad tracking and sometimes shows delivered when in fact they have not. Compared to other food apps, this app is no where near the tracking.
Can’t register an account but don’t need to
Unable to register using the app. Used the website instead. App didn’t require an account anyways.
Most annoying app
Most annoying app. Unable to register at all. Didn’t expect such low quality development from McDonald’s
Terrible app, terrible service
Expect over an hour wait. If you order from the app they wait until it is worth the driver’s time, they bring multiple orders at 1 time- food is habitually late and cold. Customer service does nothing to help- if you get through. I know one customer is nothing to McDonald’s, but never again for my family in Singapore. Terrible experience multiple times.

App not working at all.
I’ve been trying to order from the app since saturday but whenever I open it, it does not seem to go beyond the logo on the screen. Gets stuck there. It’s been 3 days. I’ve tried various connections and redownloading the app but nothing has worked on effort from my part. This issue needs to get fixed asap because it’s quite an issue to look up for the deals on the internet then call then place the order.

Notification abuse
McDelivery Singapore now abusing push notifications with ads, but no option in the app to disable them. Not cool, McDonalds, not cool!
Doesn't let foreign customers register.
Need a local phone number to register. Doesn't work with the postal code I was in.

Needs an update
Outdated app that desperately needs an update. Slow, crashy UI not ready for hi-res screens of the 6S and 6S Plus phones. Has no way to remove item from cart after adding it.

This app is horrible it never works an doesn't let me verify my account it always says that the verification code I got in the email is invalid every time I've tried to use the app need to be fixed or taken down this app is horrible!! An if I wouldn't have to put a star it would get any at all.
Glitches
This app is very faulty. Every time I try to make and order the app freezes and I have to restart.
