Donna
awesome service
bugged at various prices
redeemed coupons can easily lock out by being in the empty basket, if an order is stuck at the payment process, it may charge without finishing the order

50th birthday
Cannot redeem 50th birthday food prize’s they don’t show up in the deals
App
Hundreds of us with i phones have been locked out of our apps due to the iOS 17 and up only being able to download the new app.my i phone is an iOS 16 and the IT company could have easily included this model especially seeing I have 16,000 points to redeem and cannot, and it’s an expensive I phone . Cost me $1200 a few years ago .
Sure Mc D’s has conditions but they are not following the Fair Trading agreements from the commerce commission.
I am certain Mc D’s realised they were giving away a lot of food and this was a sneaky way to claw back the points I have earned . Can’t use them , no voucher offered . Terrible customer service .

Great deals, but hard to claim
Great deals make for cheaper eating. But the app regularly logs you out, and enforces a 5 min delay while it e-mails a security code. Why log me out on my personal device? Why require 2FA for getting a discount burger?
The Maccas App
