Probleme bei der Installation
Leider funktionierte die aktuelle App auf meinem iPhone XS Max nicht auf Anhieb, trotz aktuellem OS. Sehe nach der Installation nur die Sanduhr. Erst nach der dritten Installation hat es endlich geklappt. Das ist doch keine Raketenwissenschaft!

A good but slow app
Everything about this app is in theory very good. It offers value, rewards repeat business to the customer, and awards free food at a decent rate. Starting the app up though takes a while and even longer to get to your QR code. That should be the first thing you see, from a UI perspective, and you should be able to download it to your Apple Wallet. Fix that so I don’t have to delay my order by waiting for the app to finish loading and it’s a 5-star app.

The only thing needs tweaking is when you’re ordering multiple items….make it simpler to do! Especially on your share meals…I get confused

Yummy coffee made just the way I like it, but the highlight is the staff, they are an awesome bunch and I love going through the drive through, but equally when I take my friends into cafe. I feel spoiled with the fun we have with the staff.
They know me by name and I’m doing my best to remember their names too.

Software update
Due to there being a software update on the app Iam unable to use it as it tells me I need to update my phone software in order to continue to use the app. My phone won’t update any further rendering the app and my redeeming my points useless
So slow
It takes 10s just to open my loyalty code, makes me so stressed while waiting for it open in a driveway. The fact that McDonald's prioritize data collection over customer experience and startup time makes me not happy

I wanted McDonalds but I needed to updated it and it doesn’t work on iPhones under IOS 17. This is classist.

Terrible!! Accumulated plenty of points and now can’t access because of the update needed.. At least let us access it on the website instead of app🤷🏽♀️ Off to carls jnr and bk now

Its not user friendly, not intuitive at all. Hard to know how to use the code. for the chai latte it would be good to have a light powder option like the kiosk instead of the numbers which are not relevant

My honest review
Yo this app is super useful for anyone wanting to save money. It has a really great point system where you could get free food like burgers and fries. If you want free food once you spend money, just use this app.
