Only good for tickets that’s it, the app signs you out and then threatens that my account can be terminated due to sharing my account!, I mean seriously I have two phones!, not only that I haven’t signed into that phone for 6 months so why did you sign me out threatening to terminate my account saying about someone signing in when there isn’t, AFTER you signing me out, buses aren’t even up to time always either earlier than what it says on the map or later than what it says and it can appear around the corner or where ever you are and you see it on the map and it’s further away, absolutely ridiculous

The app is awful, as is the actual bus service unfortunately I have no other option but to use McGills to get to and from work!

Sometimes they can be very late or the timetables can’t get mixed up but overall I would rate that probably 6 out of 10 very more actually no 8 out of 10. It’s much more reliable other than just Safari I’ll definitely recommend.

Very disappointing. Today was the first time I tried this service. I got to Braehead bus station of a 26 from Glasgow at 16.01 hours looked at travel board for 26 P where the schedule showed next bus 16.10 no bus turned up, I asked 3 different drivers on the 26 route was I at the correct stand and everyone told me a different stand number. Finally another passenger came and said I was at the right stand, bus didn’t appear to 16.35 if I was younger I could have walked home in half the time

NEVER on time
Don’t trust McGills busses they are never on time and so unreliable as I type this I’ve waited over an hour for 2 busses that never came they don’t understand what a timetable is I may as well walked home
Unreliable
Bus times are constantly inaccurate. Missing the bus because the app displayed inaccurate times isn’t a one time thing but a day to day thing that happens way too often. Not to mention the waits are often 20+ mins is you miss your bus.
Mcgills buses would be unusable without this app
Title says pretty much all - mcgill’s buses are always late (especially the services to and from glasgow) due to traffic, roadworks, etc.
If this app did not exist - I would most likely not use mcgills, as the bus tracker is unlike any other company’s I’ve seen! It’ll let you know if a bus is late, not arriving, or on rare occasions - is on time!

Accurate timetable
I would like to thank for the punctuality of buses’ arrivals. It is very important in our area, as 66 is the only one scheduled bus here. Thanks to all drivers and staff for their work. There were problems before, but now it is ok))

I disappointed with McGill’s buses, because bus x247 to Kirkintilloch not coming in Thursday afternoon and morning. I was in trouble and so angry. This has happened quite a few times.

Hi my name is Harry first I love the mc gills buses but I can’t say that they are reliable like this one time that the app said it was due but then I had to wait 7 minutes for the bus. Okay so I was on a first bus and then I saw a screen that said what was the next stop and now I don’t really focus and get distracted around me and almost I missed the stop on mc gills bus so I would suggest that can you guys please add a screen of the next stop that would mean a lot for me since I use the mc gills buses everyday.

VERY UNRELIABLE SERVICE
I started using McGills because I moved to the paisley environs but I can tell you for free that it’s very unreliable. Vehicle breakdown happens one too many times , I have been late for appointments because there is one thing or the other wrong with the bus. As I type , the driver has asked everyone to come off because he cannot go again to the hospital and yes ! I am heading to work . The same thing happened a few good weeks ago. Now I’m concerned about its reliability, concerned about the safety and concerned about what the management is doing. Or let me guess , management is doing absolutely nothing because of course its monopoly of service in that area !
