No forgot username option
The app is nice that you can go back and review what supplies were ordered the previous times. But that’s it. Since switching phones, the login information was not saved and the mobile app does not give an option now to retrieve forgotten username. And emailing the company is a waste of time because they take forever to respond. I’m not a fan of the company.and unfortunately the majority of DME companies in our area all now use McKesson.

Customer Service tells me app doesn’t work
I cant create new account. App says i am not found but when i call they find me. 2 weeks ago they said give it some time. Now they say the app doesn’t work and they cant add anybody to it. Just call to order. So this app is apparently useless unless you need a dose of frustration.

The app always reset making it hard to sign in. There’s nothing to help you to sign back in.

The app has been acquired by McKesson and has seen major improvements. Image capture, signature capture through docusign, hippa compliant messaging, educational content delivery. Saves time and effort on both the patient and provider side. Everybody wins!!

Needs a reboot
This app will not let me log in to my daughters account. It exits out on its on and I have not been able to place any orders!

I love using this app to communicate with my provider! So easy to reach my provider without needing to step away from work to make a phone call.
Do not use
This app is horrible, they will bill ur insurance and never send ur equipment. I had to purchase all my equipment myself. The excuse I got when I mentioned it. "The person that was on ur case no longer works here" then they shut me out of the app before i could reply and ask about the equipment I never got.

Using this app allows you to communicate with your provider on your own time schedule rather than playing phone tag! Downloading the app and registration is super easy now.

I love the simplicity of the app, makes things SO MUCH EASIER. Took a week or so to get used to using, now I can’t imagine being without it.
Worst company
This company is by far the worst yet. I have placed over a dozen messages in the app and half a dozen calls while leaving messages and I have yet to get a call back. My daughter still hasn’t received her supplies. Yet they have no problem still billing the insurance for supplies we have yet to receive. In my eyes that would be insurance fraud. I have reported it to the insurance company with hopes that they finally get in trouble. So please do not waste your time with this company.

Bugs
The app has kicked me out with no way to log back in, error message after error message and the app support page is another error message
Hasn’t worked for 2 months
I have to send a request to get someone to call me to request supplies for the last 2 months. Doesn’t seem like they’re concerned with fixing the bugs.
Multiple Providers
It would be amazing if you could register with multiple different providers. But the app makes it easy when it’s time for a supply reorder. I just wish I could use it for multiple providers. Each time I try it says my daughters info is already being used.
Photos should be an option.
If the messaging allowed photos to be sent to your provider, this app would be great.
Horrible app
It locks me out every month , when it’s time to renew my sons medical supplies it takes forever. There’s no customer service support !!! I even sent an email from the McCresson website and they gave me a phone number to call instead of resolving my issue . Worst app ever !!
