Basically useless
This app does not open at all and constantly shows a message saying it appears you are driving. Sometimes I’ve been stopped for over 30 minutes and message is still shown. No option to skip or anything just locked out. I literally cannot use the app until the end of my workday when I’m off work and the truck hasn’t moved for over an hour.

Will not open
Starting yesterday it will not open on my iPhone. Frustrating to all levels. Have two phones and it will not open on either. Frustrating to a whole new level.
The TMS system that bleeds companies dry
The amount of businesses I’ve consulted with that have bought into McLeod & then gone under is astounding. The others refuse to use the interfaces or addons. Whether you pay up front or pay monthly they milk companies for all they can. At some point, I won’t be surprised if a class action lawsuit comes into play.

Mediocre
The app keeps saying “warning it appears that you’re driving” when I’m literally in sleeper berth on my iPhone. Closed the app and reopened it like 10 times and it keeps saying the same thing. McLeod, fix this bug, if not then I’ll save up some money and hire a real developer to replace this with modern day skill and User Interface.

This app take entirely way too long to load the “My Loads” tab.
Crashing
It works pretty much flawlessly on android, but on iOS it is terrible. It would be good, I like it better than the android version, but it keeps telling me that I’m driving when I’m firmly planted on my sofa at home. There used to be a button “I’m Not Driving” they got rid of, and now it’s unusable.
And lately it started crashing when I tap on the load assignment (on occasions when it actually opens)

Not good
Unfortunately my company uses this app to track deliveries, and I get paid accordingly. With that being said I haven’t been able to log in to this app for 2 days now so what’s the point of even having an app!
Hardly helpful
As much as McLeod customers pay for their software, they could have done a far better job at developing this app. Button layout and configuration is all over the place and doesn’t have a clean progression from screen to screen. Almost every company has an app these days—theirs could be much better. But I’m sure there’s a CHARGE to get the upgrade lololol

This app is fine when it wants to work. When I’m sitting perfectly still it tells me that I appear to be driving and I can’t do what I need to do. Please fix this!

Can't uninstall app from phone its stuck in limbo. Cant even reupload it again to try and uninstall it for the x number of times/ways

Very convenient
I like the convenience of having the ability to send and receive load info on my phone. It’s nice being able to see my next load or two as well. The system on the truck is limited to only showing current loads.
